If Bigfoot does exist he definitely doesn't want to be found for obvious reasons. So leave Bigfoot alone. Even if he didn't exist before the whole world started thinking about him he may now exist in the form of a Tulpa. A Tulpa would explain a lot.

Unfortunately you'd be better off with an old mechanical camera or none at all. They aren't some big monkeys missing from the fossil records, they are something more, not native here in the same sense we are. They can detect electronics just like other animals can detect the Earth's magnetic field, and stay away from them. Your best bet may be Bhutan.
