You got the House, You got the Senate. PASS a constitutional amendment placing term limits on judges ALL OF THEM and make them be elected by the People, all the way to the Supremes.

Term limits won't work. Not enough judges to replace them, not every 8 years. With age comes wisdom. If anything, make sure these appeal court judges have age on them, 50+. Next, activist judges need to be censored, and impeached when they IGNORE the law, like these three circus judges did. Never even mentioned the law cited in the EO. Dock their pay, audit their coffers. Do something that will get their attention and put them on the straight and narrow.

Congress created the lower courts so let Congress have a congressional oversight committee dedicated to investigating travesties of justice of a constitutional basis and dishing out the punishment. We don't need them tied up with family law disputes and such. If the cases make it to the supreme court, and that court overturns their decision, then, that lower court is put on notice of suspension and fined. Then the judges will have skin in the game and make damn sure they are not politicizing their decisions!

There's a reason judges get appointed for life and aren't answerable to congress or the president. It's called separation of powers. They are SUPPOSED to be a check on the other two branches.

The corrupt judges will face the Ultimate Judge, the God of all Creations. They will pucker their butt hole when in that position.

Term limits? This is an act of war and these judges are enemy combatants. There is no peaceful resolution to this problem.

The problem is there is no check upon them outside of killing them.

But Congress and Scotus are corrupted and unreliable as well. Until we the people realize there are no peaceful avenues left and are willing to lay down our lives in the cause of liberty, there is no solution.
