Because they do not know the difference between a fact and an opinion, between an argument and a feeling. They are extremely uncultured and dumb people who always react emotionally.
So it is irrelevant to argue with facts and arguments with these people, and as if you were speaking a different language. The only thing they have is emotional reaction.

They say things such as "Clearly,...", "We know...", and "The fact is..." quite often. When the premises are challenged, it's as if someone kicked off the accusation-bot. -
