TIWIGLP! (this is why I GLP)

Couple quickies:

1. When I was really little, I tripped at the top of the stairs and should have kept falling down them...instead something caught me and "carried" me to bottom where I landed on my feet completely unharmed (probably 15-20 steps). I still remember almost gliding down them as if I was sliding on my backside (as kids are apt to do) but never touching a single step. I must have shrieked or something when i tripped because my mother had come running...she was just as surprised as I was that I was standing there on the landing unscathed.


2. A friend and I drove out to another friend's house one night, and he was going to meet us there. We got there before he did, and we're waiting in his driveway, on a slight rise overlooking the rest of the cul de sac, with the car facing the garage. We then watched a pair of head lights come down the street, and turn into the driveway...cool, Nick's here...we both got out of the car without exchanging the thought...we then proceeded to stand there dumbfounded in an empty driveway, scanning the rest of the neighborhood for other cars, confirming that we had just watched our friend pull in, etc. Our buddy showed up 10 mins later to find us thoroughly freaked out.

3. Group of three watching the stars on the beach...We always had a rule that a shooting star didn't count unless more than one person saw it. Imagine our shock when all three of us let out a "did you see that?!" not because of another star or green flaing space junk...but because all of us witnessed the entire night sky BLINK off and then back on. I got nothing on that one, except that from that point on, I've had a hard time taking life too seriously...I feel I was let in on a big cosmic joke. One of the other guys doesn't really remember, but the other guy and I still bring it from time to time.

Whoa...Entire sky blinked out? you sure it wasnt a large craft blocking out the sky??

I used to live in a house that became haunted. My sister and father would see apparitions of different spirits. These were definitely evil spirits as you could feel the presence of evil emanating from them and the only purpose they served was to terrify us. They ranged from floating heads to a young girl with long black hair. It liked to terrify my sister by appearing with her when she was in the shower, following her up the stairs, or next to her when she was playing a videogame. It really messed her up for years. Generally we would have electronic devices turning themselves on, but nothing flying across rooms or doors opening and closing on their own. I didn't experience much except for one night while I was praying in my bed. I couldn't see it but I felt an evil spirit come through the wall to my right and move under the bed I was laying on. It started to come up from below, it felt like it was trying to get into my body. I was terrified as this was happening and then immediately commanded it out loud in the name of Jesus to leave. It immediately left; I couldn't feel it anymore. We did move out of that house not too long after. The people who moved into it only lasted a few months before it was up for sale again.

Never thought of that tbh, but it would have had to be absolutely massive! The beach in question is over 7mi long.

Several Experiences:

1) One night at home babysitting my sisters cat, the cat quickly looked to the right at something, i turned to look too. What I saw was unbelievable. A round object about 5 inches in diameter passed through my windows. I had a flower like object in it and the "flower" was best described as bubbling. It looked like bubbles were coming from the center of the flower. It stopped moving. I said, I am peaceful and mean no harm to it. It continued move across my house and passed right through my sliding glass window. Thinking "WOW, that was interesting and no one will believe this". After I thought this, the thing comes back, but this time it came through the roof, down into my 2nd floor where I was. I moved slowly and then passed through to the basement. I then thought, do I really want to go down there and check it out? I declined. About 6 - 12 months later the object came back through the same original window. I looked at it and said "Welcome back". This time I stood up and stared diligently at it to see everything I could, then in a slip second, it just disappeared.

2) When i was 4 or 5, it was St. Patrick's day. I wanted to catch a leprechaun. My Dad helped me rig a shoe box, with a stick and string. He told me to hide on the other side of the bed and wait for the leprechaun to show up, when it does pull the string. I was in my room for hours, really. My father came in to check if all was OK several times. Then finally I saw it! BUT, it wasn't what i was expecting. The leprechaun was as tall as my father all dressed up how you'd expect. It said "Catch me if you can!" and ran out my bedroom down the hallway. I took off like a rocket, down the hallway into my living room, into the kitchen, and they my father stopped and asked what are you doing? I told him what I saw, he laughed and ignored it. I was pissed! He didn't believe me. Never saw it again. Was it an over reactive imagination or something else? I do remember the "Leprechaun" looking a bit translucent. Perhaps a past family member trying to make my day?

They are just a few things that have happened. I can tell you many more. I was not on drugs for any of this, they happened how I stated. I am magnet for odd things happening.

I almost forgot to add that later on that night my Aunt wanted to show us previously recorded security footage of a entity.

So the cam was mounted high in a corner facing towards the bulk of the room. A swirling black mass ran the floor.. circled the room. Multiple times it "attacked" the cam.

Her Husband claimed it a bug.. however we went frame by frame and in those instances where this entity was "attacking" the cam and up close you could clearly make out eye sockets.. nose... other facial feature were noticeable.

I did take a screen shot via my phone but back then my phone was a crappy flip phone and the picture didnt really do it justice. I still have the picture of course.

Im positive it was Jinn / Shadow Person

Was it solid black in color? I mean how could you tell it was swirling?

OK I have one more to post.. happened when I was around 19 and just laid down to sleep in my room..now mind you, I had literally just lied down and it usually took me a while to actually to fall asleep anyway.

I heard and felt what I can only describe as an angry wolf growling into my left ear.

It felt like it was inches away and I could feel the hot steam from its breath.

It was a loud growling.

I immediately jumped up in bed screaming. Turned on the lights and ofcourse not a thing to be found..went back to bed with the lights on..

the sec. cam was black and white, the recording took place after work hours so it was dark aside from some areas that were lit up. it was black.

best way to describe its movements were bug like.. fast and quick.
it would shoot out of the darkness and to the other side of the room.. to the roof.. swirl around and up into the camera completely blacking it out. It had no form to it. Even when we slowed it down to frame by fram it had no form aside from the couple of frames where you could easily make out a face. If it wasnt for that i would have entertained my uncles idea of it being a bug(he doesnt believe in the paranormal whatsoever).

taking into consideration the activity taking place before hand i knew it had to be a jinn / shadow.

I experienced sleep paralysis once, thats a sensation hard to describe.. but i would classify it as being attacked by a demonic entity.

its unfiltered fear like no other.. i could actually feel the thing gripping my shoulders and pinning me down into the bed

..days prior i felt a a negative energy, my daughter suffers mental disabilities and i felt as if she was being targeted.

So i had been challenging a confrontation with it for days.. smudging the house.. ect.. ect..

Cat eye contact lenses.

I know exactly what sleep paralysis is, and have had it a few time in the early morning hours being stuck in that state but I always force myself to move a finger or toe...This was not that. I just laid down, was not asleep and some fucker growled into my ear..

Whitley Strieber, huh? I have a strange Whitley story. Early 90's and I'm at a convention in San Fran., walking to the room Whitley is speaking in. This guy stops me and warns and then threatens me about going in to the room. Says it's all lies and bullshit and if I continue in, he will kick my ass! After 10 minutes of back and forth, I finally push past him (he was physically blocking me)and get to the room. I was late for the speech and all the seats were full, so I had to stand in the back.

After about 5 minutes, while still speaking, Whitley and his son (can't remember his name), while both on stage, started waving really happily, with BIG smiles, in my direction. I turned to see who they were waving at, but nobody was waving back. I looked back at the stage and they were waving even harder and pointing at me. I finally pointed at myself with a questioning look on my face. They both shook their heads yes, smiled big and stopped waving after I waved back.
Throughout the speech, they both continued to look in my direction and smile at me a lot. I kept thinking why would they wave at me and smile at me? I started getting that strange detached, tunnel-vision feeling that I had experienced during previous weirdnesses...

Speech ended and I left the convention center and sat on a bench outside, pondering the threatening guy and the Striebers, still feeling kind of trancelike. Suddenly, this kid (maybe 15) runs up to me all excited and says, "there you are! It's so good to see you again! How are you?" I stand up and say, "Who are you?" He says, IT"S ME (says his name, which I forgot)... WHITLEY'S SON! IT'S SO GOOD TO SEE YOU!!! My dad and I both recognized you when you walked in to the room. We were wondering if you were going to be there." I said, "But I don't know you or your dad. I have never met you before. I have never even seen you before."

"Yes you have."
"No I haven't."
"Sure you have!"
"Where and when?"
"MANY times... on the ships!"

I am looking at him dumbfounded as he is explaining the many, many, times they have been on the ships with the aliens and me being there, and how good it is to see me again...

Whitley pulls up in a black car and honks and says, "Time to go. Nice to see you again." Kid gets in and they drive off, both waving and smiling at me.

I sit on the bench, now with TOTAL trance-like tunnel vision and say to myself, "What the fuck!?!"

I dont know if it was strangest. But it is i remember now.i was lying in bed just woke up and that dog head human body anubis i guess was there. It wasnt scary.it was like he was waiting me.then i think when i closed my eyes for a eye wink he vanished.or i didnt see him anymore.

Google Bilateral Coloboma and look at images. Educate yourself. I'll be the first to say that there are paranormal things in this world......but this is not one.

We live in a town of about 60,000 in CT so not rural but not urban either. In the early 90's my wife and I bought a lot in a subdivision of about 30 homes. When we built our house we had a lot of rocks from landscaping so I built a rather large fire pit in the back corner of the yard. We would routinely invite friends and neighbors over and have drinks while conversing around the fire pit. It was about 11:30 at night we were having a good time and there were about 10 people over. We ran out of ice in the bucket so I went to the house (around 50 feet away) to get more. I had just filled the bucket with ice and was standing on the deck looking down at my friends and feeling pretty good and buzzed. I looked up at the sky and was enjoying the stars when they started going out. I kind of blinked and had to stare as it was very dark and was able to make out something right above my backyard. It was moving slowly and was completely silent. I was able to make out the shape only because it blocked the stars as it moved and was able to determine it was triangle shaped and big maybe 200 feet across and 100 feet above the tree line. I called down to my friends and said "Do you see that?". They all start looking around and I yelled "No up there!". No one saw anything and they started to make fun of me saying I had too much to drink and I was shut off now. The rest of the night consisted of me being made fun of for seeing little green men. When everyone was gone my wife told me that she saw it too. I asked her why the hell she didn't back me up and she said she didn't want to be made fun of too. And she was scared. We didn't know what it was or if it would come back.
