This shit fuckin pisses me right the fuck off! All this time, not being able to find & monitor the information regarding the reservoirs that feed into Oroville's reservoir because I know I asked, multiple times, early on & was told that no reservoirs fed directly into the Oroville reservoir. 'Oh sure, Shasta flows into the Feather River but oh no, nothing goes directly into the Oroville reservoir, that's just crazy talk, ya big goober, sheesh'.

Yes, I'm pisses off, all this time, knowing, knowing, that the numbers just didn't make sense but not being able to figure out why.

and not just flood, a torrent of water with a shit ton of debris in front tearing everything up in its path.

If you wanna know how much water is coming keep an eye on Portola California which is near the headwaters of the Feather river.
If Portola only gets a moderate flood over the next few days... then Oroville is ok. If Portola gets hit with a severe flood.... then water will go over the ES again!

8:58 a.m.: Water levels rose slightly overnight at Lake Oroville due to Monday’s storm, although the reservoir was still operating relatively well in the wake of last week’s near-disaster.
Inflows spiked at about 91,000 cubic feet of water per second overnight, according to state Department of Water Resources data. The lake level rose about 2 feet, to just under 852 feet.
However, that was just slightly above the 850 feet considered appropriate by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers flood-safety regulations.

Sacramento, American rivers well below flood stage downtown
