So if anyone from the USA, Canada(they did have a consulate in Davao), Japan, Australia -- got into trouble there, they called me. Or, if they were running an operation down there and needed help -- I could do that. She knows their current president, Duterte, and they got along well. Certainly better than I was by that time. I got fired, once, from a assistant manager/bartending job, of all things, because I had been very recently hired by the manager who was selling drugs on the side. He helped Hillary with her mess. I know there was a Shadow government it was set up under Bush he announce it not long after the start of going into Iraq. I was surprised no one was talking about this. He reinstalled the Shadow Government, in other words these hide facts, give cover for what some in gov. are doing. You did notice I said, "REINSTALLED" the shadow government, so at some time for some reason the shadow government was made up, it not in the constitutional laws and it hiding things that could be important to their welfare secret.
