I'm having trouble wrapping my head around this one. How is it that she's losing custody when her ex-husband is the one who did something wrong??? Doesn't make sense to me. Maybe there's more to the story than what's being reported.

Maybe she requested that her children be removed until this is fully investigated. Just because the state took custody does not mean they were removed from her home. However, it does mean the state would set the rules I.e. No communication with him (over riding previous judicial orders regarding visitation and contact). I'm not saying they didn't it's just the article doesn't really say if they were removed from her physically. There is a difference.
