Ive seen anomalies on radars before, but this one is still going for a good while

I guess this is what "Lucifer" looks like

this loop can be refreshed every 10 minutes or so

since the weird radar happened,the heavy rain is subsiding a bit and moving to the west of the dam

This one from weather.com is even odder in that this less detailed model shows oroville as the epicenter of a white beaming light streaking from the reservoir. Doesn't appear anywhere else in the storm

Unfortunately for this one, this is Beale air force base weather radar. Since Beale is located slightly south of Oroville, and this anomaly is slightly south of Oroville, and this anomaly did not show up on any other weather radars, this is an anomaly caused by Beale losing sync in its radar.
