I'm sorry, but the person tweeting is completely incoherent and maybe even mentally ill. Dropping way too many big names, in a way that suggests the tweeter has been in close contact with all those people.

Graziano was born in Bridgeport Connecticut in 1967 and spent his childhood in Buffalo, New York. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University in 1989 in Psychology.
