Yes of course..... but Mexicans do not like Canada.. too cold... About 15 years ago, Walmart in Brandon Manitoba brought in several families from Mexico as they were having a hard time hiring locally... The families were provided housing, winter clothing etc.. I believe just after a couple of years they all returned back to Mexico... heard comments like they hated the weather and the food.... I recall one winter a few dam near died trying to walk to the border with the US and almost froze to death.... Apparently their most hated food was KD...
