Any cooked grains have acrylamides - HIGHLY carcinogenic.

Cooking ordinary veg (not potatoes) does not do anywhere near the same damage.

If you ate conventional or commercial organic food there is 100% chances your immune system is already fucked.

Eating raw even commercial organic not only wont provide the ammaunt of nutries you need (nor cooked it will) but also expose you to stomach bugs infections.

We are like pedigree dogs. We are completely tranformed from our life style. Our stressful life require tons of nutrients to cope with it and food is depleted of them.
Soil is washed away everywhere from nutrients with non stop crops growing in it with the help of fertilizer who just patch the basic requirements of the plants.

Also because of the damages to stomach wall many people are bad methylators. A vegan diet will kill you if you are one.

Never done 100% raw plant food. Love my fry ups too much.

However, a good portion of my diet can be classed as pure/raw plant food. I can't deny the health benefits and you would definitely continue to benefit if you keep it up.

I believe in balance so bacon keeps me from breaking out with vaginitis.

I've been working more raw meals into our menus. My husband is Hawaiian so getting him to eat and like mostly vegetarian has been the first step. Next step is primarily vegan and the final goal is going completely raw.

8 days of raw fruit and veg juicing, and water,no solid food. day 4and 5 were awful, day 6 i felt like i was high, like the best, most clarity ridden high i have ever been on.

did a 6 day water fast, did not feel the same.

i attributed it to the juicing flushing my system and cleaning my cells with micro nutrients.

would love to do it again, but work has been too hard on me to concentrate on it. will do it soon though....

What is your protein source?

I honestly don't remember. The tortillas take the longest as they need to dehydrate. I started them first and spread them on a parchment lined pan in my jumbo toaster oven. I think they were done by the time I finished prepping the rest.

I've also played around with dehydrated flax and seed crackers and various nut cheeses. Good for protein, snacks and adding flavor and variety to meals.

Wish I had an Excalibur dehydrator!

Meat is very addictive.

So are the toxins in cooked food.

It takes 5 days to get all food out of your system.
