The trap is "you have the Spirit of GOD so you place yourself as GOD". Oh you are GOD but you are judged by man because you're still in the flesh. What am I saying? I'm saying if you "sin" hardcore in the Spirit GOD's going to make you pay it off. Tarry till he come. Is it a deception? Of course it is. You earned your keep (pass to Heaven) at the beginning you just don't understand that. Knowing it doesn't make you "auto-ascend" though. Depends on your definition of ascend though because technically the whole walk is doing that. I mean "out for good to the true kingdom of GOD". |

Yes, if you use God's Spirit and knowledge for personal gain yes it is a curse: Cursed be he that doeth the work of the LORD deceitfully, and cursed be he that keepeth back his sword from blood. Jeremiah 48:10 The op is not about deception. Jesus Christ is the fullness of the Godhead bodily. The body of Christ is headless so to speak, Jesus Christ is the head. He is the brains, God, of all. The point is that Jesus is the mode of God's fullness but we, his children, are also modes for him though not his fullness obviously. The op is not about making anyone think that maybe they are God or his fullness but only that we may carry him in us to do his will, just as Jesus did. And although Jesus Christ IS God fully, he said that all that he did we can do. So he limited his authority unto his children unto what we can and cannot do. |

Ask him directly, out loud, to forgive you of all of your sins and give you understanding of his written word and his will for you, and for knowledge and insight of his will and written word, and wisdom to apply it. And I'm NOT kidding. Then when you can reason how to apply 2 verses together to formulate understanding of God and his will through his book that he wants us to read and to know and understand then you won't have a question mark after "God sent Himself". How do you reason these 2 verses, that Jesus came to do the will of him who sent him, and, if you have seen him you have seen the one who sent him? I hate when Christians reject verses to pander to their pre-conceived ideas or the beliefs that fit their understanding or that make what they want to believe seem to be the only important verses. There is 1 truth. |

There is 1 truth. I'm (we're) rejecting verses?....and you aren't??? How do you reason these facts? 1. Did Jesus say "pray to me"? No, He merely stated "ask in My name". 2. Jesus mentions the Father over 180 times. Why is this? It clearly shows that that Jesus is a different "being / entity" than the Father. 3. Only the Father knows when Jesus will return. Why? How is that? 4. The Father's voice when Jesus was baptised..."This is my Son in whom I am well pleased". 5. Jesus' prayer to the Father in the garden at Gethsemeae. 6. Jesus stated that He sits at the "right hand" of the Father. 7. Jesus states that the Father gave us (Believers) to Him. There's no question of Jesus' deity / abilities, as the Father created Jesus and gives Him all His power and glory. This also explains the verse "if you've seen me you've seen the Father". It also explains why Jesus said "the Father and I are one". I pray that the Father gives Grace to you folks who only pray to Jesus, and not to Him. Jesus prayed to the Father, so should we.
