Flimsy, very flimsy evidence. And you have your head in the sand if you think Obummer didn't know of this or approve it, as opposed to "ordered" it. He's done it before. Rosen, Bibi, Irs. Now, it could very well be the clintoons that ordered it and Obummer approved it, but, that doesn't remove the "political" illegal nature of it.

There is more truth to this being Watergate 2.0 than there is that Trump colluded with Russians to win the election. The Dems pushed the russia thing way too far and now they are going to receive push back.

(4/4) Neither the White House nor the President will comment further until such oversight is conducted.

And so far as I understand, Judges cannot change laws so they will need to testify! Nothing.has changed since Nixon. The president (Obama) must testify also. He's got a law background, he should therefore know that, even if he claims that he himself did not endorse it, the agencies that work for government do not act alone unless there is hard evidence, and the reasoning to probe Trump in this way is therefore the responsibility of POTUS. The judges must themselves state the full evidence and/or the source.

Obama would fair better if he came clean that he was just snooping on Trump for the purposes of affecting the election.

If this does not come to court, your law system is through.

FISA warrant means foreign agent - the threat of espionage involvement. Did Trump declassify the information and tell the whole world today via TWITTER that he and his staff are under investigation for some form of Russian involvement (banking perhaps)?

Everyone's phone is tapped. It's no secret, the NSA has all our communications. Is this where Trump is going - that he just learned the NSA tapped his phone when he learned it taps EVERYONE'S phone? If so, that argument doesn't carry any weight.

A deeply buried detail in today’s New York Times article on the subject has huge implications for Trump and his team:

But a senior White House official said that Donald F. McGahn II, the president’s chief counsel, was working on Saturday to secure access to what Mr. McGahn believed was an order issued by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court authorizing some form of surveillance related to Mr. Trump and his associates.

The official offered no evidence to support the notion that such an order exists. If one does, it would be highly unusual for a White House to order the Justice Department to turn over such an investigative document, given the traditional independence of law enforcement matters.

This is extremely important for two reasons.
Even if it doesn’t exist, the fact that it has spooked the White House enough to go looking for the FISA warrant is an admission of guilt in itself.

If it does exist, as the White House counsel clearly believes it does, it means that three federal judges had enough evidence that Donald Trump’s election campaign was infiltrated by foreign agents to issue a wiretap. 
Secondly, it is a huge breach of protocol for the White House to interfere with an ongoing Department of Justice investigation. While not technically illegal, it is extremely unethical for the White House counsel to be meddling in the affairs of the DOJ, especially when the investigation is targeted at members of the current administration.

In support of Trump's charges against the media of fake news, would it be reasonable to ask that the media resolve not to print any Trump assertion that he hasn't supported with evidence ??

It is without a doubt that Obama knew of the FISA order for the wiretap and that he was aware of everything that was going on. Did he order it? This will be one of many questions in the days ahead...What will happen in the days ahead? I pray for this nation...
