Whether he did or not, the case involves a heavy amount of prosecutorial misconduct from the DA's office.

Can you do me the favour of contacting the federal judge overseeing the appeal and tell him about the prosecutor?

The kidnapping thing and all of it. Could you tell him what the FBI is doing regarding that matter, and your own opinion about that situation?

It's not right you know...and your involvement in such a way would get the man released from prison...
