When I use oil pulling for a sensitive tooth, it begins working within an hour and within a day the ache is completely gone. To fully heal gum disease you'll also need to focus on nutrition and eliminate the causes. Cod liver oil, bone broths, and a good butter from grass fed cows. Also invest in a water pik. Oil pulling as mentioned earlier. |

I gag when I do the oil pulling thing, but realized that chewing sugarfree gum helps. I know, some people object to the chemicals. But I decided the health of my teeth were worth a few chemicals in gum. My measurements have increased tremendously and last visit to the dentist, she said my mouth was very healthy.
