I work with an individual who was a controller at this event.

Hell, I even have a photograph from inside the school and there's a water bottle and it's the same water bottle that this I_AM_AN_ILLITERATE_RACIST uses here at work.

9:47:02 S4, the building is not secure, so we cant have anybody, uh, ambulances coming in.

10:11:00 I got multiple ambulance personnel coming in, can we create that staging area within the School parking area?

10:12:00 Negative Newtown, any ambulances coming in will have to stage at Sandy Hook firehouse and well call em up.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 56943397

It is absolutely true that at 9:47 a.m. the scene was not safe.

Why?

Because bullets were still being fired.

However, at 9:57 a.m. when police began asking for ambulances at the scene, the only two ambulances on scene did not enter. In A3's words, "There wasn't room."

The Fire/EMS personnel telling ambulances to "stage at the firehouse" at 10:12 a.m. were not in charge of that scene, and had no authority to determine when ambulances should approach the school.

Law enforcement determines when ambulances approach a scene.

And we know what their opinion was:

9:57:43 a.m. Newtown Fire/EMS: "A2 is proceeding to the scene on the request of the police department."

10:00:44 a.m. Connecticut State Police: "Get an EMS bus up here, right away. Send the ambulance right up, right up to me."

10:00:50 a.m. Connecticut State Police: "401, get the bus! Get the bus!"

10:00:51 a.m. Newtown Police: "D5, we need buses here ASAP!"

10:01:39 a.m. Connecticut State Police: "...send EMS personnel, we're running out real quick!"

10:14:08 a.m. Newtown Police: "Roger stage them out front please."
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 58145289

And at 10:12 they were told it was not safe yet.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 56943397

They had no radio communication with police.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 58145289

Doesn't change the fact that at 10:12 they were told it was not yet safe to bring the ambulances in, that is my point

The man making that statement had no authority to make it.

Police were calling for ambulances, and had been since 9:57 a.m.

It is up to police to determine when ambulances enter.

The man making that statement also had no direct communication with those ambulances; he couldn't call them up.

There was no Incident Command, no incident commander, no radio interoperability, and no one keeping the roads clear.

Police began calling for ambulances at 9:57 a.m. None came.

By the way, Halstead did NOT say the scene wasn't safe. He said "they'll have to stage at the fire house."

The ONLY way he can make that statement is if there was literally no room for ambulances to stage at the school and he was relaying his observation of a physical impossibility.

Nonetheless, police had been screaming for ambulances directly to the school for 15 minutes before he made that odd statement, and they continued to scream for ambulances long after he made it.

No, Fire/EMS does not have authority to decide when ambulances proceed to a scene.

That's the job of police, and police were doing that job.

Yet, no ambulances came.

By the way, the very same personnel promised they would direct the medics to the school.

When? At 10:35:26.

Newtown Dispatch: "I want your medics; have them bring their automatic defibs and stage the ambulances at the Sandy Hook school."

Newtown Fire/EMS: "EMS Command copies; we'll get 'em all inbound."

Newtown police do not transmit on Fire/EMS frequencies.

Newtown police WERE radioing from the school at that time, and they were ASKING their dispatch to send ambulances.

Newtown dispatch, in turn, TOLD AMBULANCES to stage in front of the school.

The Fire/EMS guy saying ambulances should "stage at the fire house" literally had no communication with police, which is why he didn't know what was going on.

It wasn't his fault; no one from NPD had come out to talk to him as he had requested.

But NPD DID have communication with Newtown dispatch at that very time, and at that very time NPD was asking for ambulances.

If the scene hadn't been safe, those medics would not have been brought in.

It's moot--they weren't even walking to the school until after 10:35 a.m., much less inside yet.

They weren't told to walk, by the way; those three medics were supposed to travel down Dickenson and stage their ambulances in front of the school.

The ambulance answer is simple, and has been given by the man in charge of the Sandy Hook investigation:

"After the incident occurred, chaos continued; there was limited parking space as well as limited driving space. This proved to be very problematic; ambulances and patrol cars could not exit or enter the school grounds."

Like I posted before, take what you have and go see reich and his attorney.

If you're so confident in the evidence you have, don't just post here about it. Go give it to someone who will be in a court case very soon.

They weren't scared to confront him; they had a shootout with him.

Police fired so many bullets that they signed statements saying they had been afraid they'd run out of ammunition.

Shooting lasted until at least 9:52 am or so.

LOTS of late shots in the 911 and dashcam audio.

Unfortunately, one (or possibly several) of those shots struck children.

Not only that, the guy figured no one would bother piecing it all back together, so left in things like a brief hole in a 911 call followed by "He's still shooting!!!" in another 911 call.

All you have to do is put the audio on a timeline and it all falls into place.

Cause and effect, cause and effect, cause and effect.

Sedensky even left in echoes; where one gunshot is redacted, you can literally hear the echo of it elsewhere.

Present what case? This is a conspiracy site. We post furiously about perceived treachery and unseemly motives.

In the scenario of a drill there is no case to be made. Just a statement of perception based on a very very bad story with a shoddy investigation...and horrible news articles. Andrew Solomon pretty much cemented that. That dude single handedly provided all the info I needed to make up my mind.

Now of course Zeph has it figured that police were firing their weapons and hitting everything in site and while dispatchers decided that ambulances were needed then were not but the road was clogged...but it did not matter because helicopters and ambulances would not have been needed because heart monitors put to rest any need for serious evacuations of victims while a couple of lone cops rushed a few wounded to hospitals themselves.. Although first responders were escorted in under the watchful eye of Newtown's finest to provide care...er...heart monitors.

Anyway.

Urban Legend of Sandy Hook.
