Three of the first responding cops were also EMT's, another cop was a registered nurse, so they were getting immediate care.

I thought cops could not provide the care since the scene was not secure and they could not bother with the wounded until they knew the assailant was no longer a threat....but then you could not call for ambulances until you knew that was the case...which means you knew of the injuries and medical help needed...which means they did attempt to provide medical care.....which means.... It was a drill. Three cops were EMT"s, so they could give care. Another was a nurse, he could give care also.
