The failures in emergency response have nothing to do with either of those cases.

Oh poppycock. The genius Sedensky redacted the gunshots in all the same spots across multiple media records.

In the case of a gunshot, a shadow is as good as the object casting the shadow.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 42863334

Not only that, the guy figured no one would bother piecing it all back together, so left in things like a brief hole in a 911 call followed by "He's still shooting!!!" in another 911 call.

All you have to do is put the audio on a timeline and it all falls into place.

Cause and effect, cause and effect, cause and effect.

Sedensky even left in echoes; where one gunshot is redacted, you can literally hear the echo of it elsewhere.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 42863334

Well, you have two opportunities to present your case. the Halbig/Pozner lawsuit and the Jonathan Reich case.

Will you do it?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 56943397

Present what case? This is a conspiracy site. We post furiously about perceived treachery and unseemly motives.

In the scenario of a drill there is no case to be made. Just a statement of perception based on a very very bad story with a shoddy investigation...and horrible news articles. Andrew Solomon pretty much cemented that. That dude single handedly provided all the info I needed to make up my mind.

Now of course Zeph has it figured that police were firing their weapons and hitting everything in site and while dispatchers decided that ambulances were needed then were not but the road was clogged...but it did not matter because helicopters and ambulances would not have been needed because heart monitors put to rest any need for serious evacuations of victims while a couple of lone cops rushed a few wounded to hospitals themselves.. Although first responders were escorted in under the watchful eye of Newtown's finest to provide care...er...heart monitors.

Anyway.

Urban Legend of Sandy Hook.

at the end of the day this was either a false flag drill, or shows a complete bunch of wussies at the school and at every level of response, scared to confront a guy with a gun and instead choose to allow 20 kids to die.
 Quoting: ttown_okie 71282710

They weren't scared to confront him; they had a shootout with him.

Police fired so many bullets that they signed statements saying they had been afraid they'd run out of ammunition.

Shooting lasted until at least 9:52 am or so.

LOTS of late shots in the 911 and dashcam audio.

Unfortunately, one (or possibly several) of those shots struck children.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 42863334

Yeah? ask that pedophile "next door" neighbor Eugene Rosen! That little prick said all that he had heard sounded "like some hunters out in the woods behind the house"!! WTF?!

The HalbigReich circus is designed to be a circus; full of clowns so that no one can talk about serious matters.

The mistakes made in the Sandy Hook emergency response have nothing to do with Reich or Halbig; Stephen Sedensky, officers Chapman and Smith, and others are the focus.

Dr. Jacobs will have to explain why he signed off on a journal article he knew to be untrue (or at least explain that his signing-off was implied without his knowledge).

Think about it. What would they have to do to....to keep information from surfacing?

How would you control the narrative?

They've already controlled it, and outlasted public interest.

But, the public at large doesn't have to be interested, as long as a few people remain so.

Thus, when evidence has been spoliated, the first determination is whether the defendant's spoliation actually deprives your client of the ability to establish a prima facie case. If so, you need to pursue an independent cause of action under Rizzuto. Conversely, if your client still possesses a viable cause of action, the independent tort
is not available to you. Rather, your remedy will be seeking an adverse inference under Beers.

Well that was a bit lawyerly for me but I get the gist of it.

Controlling information is the key but so is how the "evidence" is presented.

Audio. Notice no witness saw anything but they heard noises. Everybody hears things differently....

Disseminate narrative drivers as minor bits of info planted in larger human interest stories.

But the spoliation of evidence can be proven; strong and relatively easy case there.

Other aspects of the case are far more serious, but take longer.

In CT, 1) the spoliation must have been intentional, 2) the evidence must have been relative to the case and 3) the person seeking spoliation charges must have acted with due diligence with respect to the spoliated evidence.

All easy stuff.

Chain of custody is signed off on, as is the condition of the 911 calls (unabridged, contiguous, genuine).

However the only extant files are abridged and segmented.

Even more damning is the "automatic" filenames assigned to each "call."

That has to be manually created (i.e. manually tampered with).

It would take about 10 minutes to present this particular issue clearly to a judge, jury, or arbitrator, now that the 911 calls have been reconstructed (with missing audio very obvious).

Since you know when the heart monitors were used ...can you explain why they would call for ambulances to the school?
 Quoting: Deplorable Dudeashaneo

There were two wounded children, they were taken to the hospital. Where they died.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 56943397

So it would matter that ambulances could make it through?
 Quoting: Deplorable Dudeashaneo

It would matter, if the other children were declared dead already. But like I said, the ambulances could not be near the school until the scene was cleared and deemed safe. By that time the kids were dead and the two wounded were gotten to in time. Things like that happen at mass casualty events.

I know you're trying to say that the ambulances were blocked, so they couldn't get to the kids. But that had to be done for safety reasons.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 56943397

It was admitted by officials that the road was blocked!!
I don,t know why your trying to imply everything was by the book. Lots of mistakes were made. Do want the complete list?

Even blood stain on a uniform would have been fine. Or an iconic bloody footprint coming out of the school, or anywhere on the school grounds I suspect?!, that they could have pointed to for infamy sake! Imagine the image it would have put in the conscious minds every time it was viewed?! Instead we got images of some dead kid from Corrupticut in some foreign countries tragedy?!

We don't need photos of deceased people to "prove" Sandy Hook any more than we need them to prove a tragic local car accident.

Photos were always a red herring.

Audio is more important than photos; it tells a story very clearly, gives tones of voice, sequence of events, echoes of gunshots--it is also important for what is NOT there, the missing pieces cut out by the lead defense lawyer (er, State's Attorney).

Exposing the perjury and other felonies committed by those involved with the Sandy Hook response is not just important for the case of Sandy Hook itself; it is important as a way to tear down the many, many layers of corruption inherent to the Connecticut judicial system.

I worked at the time at a job that required me to monitor news, internet chatter etc.

I literally heard of it almost instantly via Twitter and watched via live streaming news the entire day.

The one thing I vividly recall is police chasing three men into the woods near the school and getting them all down on the ground. The news said these were all suspects and they continued to say there were reports of three shooters.

I also remember thinking "where are the ambulances or the wounded being evacuated??" At that Time I was comparing it to Columbine where there was live footage of kids fleeing the building, bleeding, ambulances, etc.

Newtown is a transition town, meaning people come and go a lot. Its a great place to stage and fabricate an event and i believe there were a huge amount of people complicit in the act. Most of these people have moved away, some are actors that will more than likely turn up in another ff. Because newtown is a transition town, the residents more than likely gave little attention to all the people moving in prior to sandy hook.

Is there a problem here?! How can something in this condition even operate "legally"???????
And now add, affluent families sent their children to this school....

NO frigging way! LOL LOL LOL!!
