Yea if I remember right its the horizon project and we enter the dark rift of the galactic plane as they are predicting? ...
this will lead into a polar shift. Anyway its almost the same thing as this germany guy talked about maybe he was talking about what the scientist have just discovered. But actually they new before and are just now letting it out.

An expert in such fields as advanced programming and database systems, Brent Miller discussed his involvement with The Horizon Project, which brings together numerous researchers and scientists. From analyzing a variety of ancient data and evidence, the group has concluded that Earth is about to enter a catastrophic phase, which occurs on a cyclic basis.

Miller cited evidence for past global catastrophes, such as sunken ancient cities, polar ice samples containing cosmic dust, ancient accounts of the sun moving backwards in the sky, and missing ancient technologies. The catastrophe occurred from a sudden geographic Pole Shift, he said, explaining that this takes place as the solar system nears the 'Galactic Plain.'

During this calamity, massive waves will wipe out 1/3 of the population, particularly those living on the coast lines, he warned, and another third will die within six months of the shift, due to the aftermath. He noted that Nostradamus, Cayce, Mother Shipton, the Mayan calendar, and current remote viewers all foresee a cataclysmic event taking place in the future. People can prepare by moving away from the coast, and planning out survival strategies of how they can live without the current infrastructure, Miller offered.

For science/government to spend so LITTLE time on this entering of a galactic cloud, which until recently they could NOT even explain WHY it still existed, and continue to obfuscate as to it's potential danger to humans, smells of either gross stupidity, OR, they can't do anything to save the vast majority anyway.

PLUS, the 'top dogs' already are ASSURED a place in one of the many government underground 'bunkers', and don't want to 'Panic the public' ... Letting them DIE is O.K. but PANIC MUST be stopped at the cost of their lives. Gee, a ready made eugenics program from space, that requires NO funding from Congress ! That IS the EASY way out.
