In my early teens I had a dream about aliens telling me to beware of the sixth dimension

AI dream manipulation. The ai has been around for 50 years or so.

They meant that in your past incarnation, you undervalued the physical world, and gave too much weight to spiritual pursuits. For you, in this incarnation, you have to 'self correct' by going to the other extreme. In this lifetime, you're to concentrate on family and mundane earth life.

Wow. Coincidence. In my younger days, Adults all around me warned of the Fifth Dimension.

Of course, I grew up in a small midwestern and very racist city.

Don't worry to much about it.
We live in a Three dimensional reality
Which appears to be drifting back into
a two dimensional reality. Which certain
religions would have happen. Ever wonder
why at certain times everything in paintings
appear flat. And other times they appear
to have depth. The artists paint what they
see.
What ever be the case going from the third
demention to the sixth is a bit of a jump.
For a single generation. So don't worry just yet.

we live 4th denominational reality.......three of space...one of time....earth and its surface inhabitants are entering lower 4th density reality....density reality are subdivisions of denominational reality.....higher 5th and above denominational reality is non physical and benevolent....nothing to be afraid of
