you need to do "the work" on this thought. just because you have a thought doesn't mean it is golden. it is just your mind going bla bla bla. how do you feel without the thought? can you think of a reason to drop the thought? who would you be without the thought? i'm not telling you to drop the thought. i'm telling you to analyze it.

your brain's job is to make up stories. so that you can take the input from the eyes and ears and etc and put it to use.

i personally can totally understand liking being alone. it is the competition part of the thought that i think isn't very useful.
