Before we had Obama care we use to have cheap affordable healthcare. Than Hillary came along with her first proposals for Universal healthcare. That is when the premium first increased. And the reason for this started because, people that were covered got canceled when they got sick, or they got sick with something catastrophic and didn't have health insurance.

Basically, if you didn't have health insurance and got really sick, you had to lose everything, including your house and home in order to qualify for medicare. This is where presidents Obama's mother fell into. She chose not to have insurance, got sick , lost everything. Very sad for people that never planned for tomorrow and even worse for those that did and were denied due to prior health condition.

We never needed Universal or Obama care. What we needed was laws, that made it so Health Insurance companies could not deny people health coverage for prior health conditions, or deny them coverage all together. That is really what we needed.

As for requiring people to buy health insurance like we do care insurance, well that should of never happened. That risk should of stayed up to the individual. As it stand now it is basically a tax without representation. Even the Supreme Court said so, but Obamacare was implemented anyways.

I agree, but the many liberals I'm in contact with through work, social activities, etc. may not be out there dressing like a freak and marching with signs

yet they still have the hair-trigger reaction to begin foaming at the mouth and going bazonkas at the mere mention of a republican/conservative politician or similar person in the public eye.

I stopped participating in one social activity back around the elections because these liberals were on hyper-alert, ears perked up, eyes darting around nervously. If they heard any mention of Trump from across a room that was at all positive, they began snarling and gnashing their teeth, ready to pounce like a cornered, wounded animal.
