I would like to meal prep but I don't want to eat cold chicken and rice or cold fish etc. You can't reheat because you will get food poisoning. So how do you do it?

At worst it will dry out the chicken a bit....maybe. Nuke it in a microwave safe container and it's stays pretty decent. ^^ throw a few tablespoons of water in with a loose lid microwave doesn't dry it out works good for heating rice, noodles, meats, etc.. OP is confused. The rule is do not let frozen meat thaw and then try to refreeze it. You have to cook it, then you can freeze or put in the refrigerator.
