oh man, you people just make shit up to support whatever you wanna feel mad about on any given day. they clearly stated, and everyone in our government and agencies collectively understood ...that the U.S. was monitoring all calls from the Russian government and in particular Sergey Kislyak's calls. They started increasing the monitoring of Russian calls with the U.S. after the sanctions were put down on them because they wanted to figure out what Putin's next move was going to be before it happened.
