If I take classified Government/Intelligence Information on a person that is a felony to unmask and circulate it and distribute it through out the public which includes internationally, I would be in a penitentiary for about 10 years, whether I did it knowing or not, I did it. If that agent or government official was killed by having his cover blew, or that government official was stripped from his post by my felonious doings, I would be looking at many many years in a penitentiary. When the police know flat out and state they know flat out that that was a felony to do so and refuse to come and bust me, or stop me from doing it at lib, then they are the ones running my entrapment distribution set up to entrap others/users or pushers by it, or they are corrupt police. Bad situation to watch it be carried out state what it is that is being carried out and refuse to stop it.
