She actually could be quite gorgeous if she loses another 40 -60 pounds, uses some weights on her arms, and gets a simple neck tuck.

Her eyes are a lovely almond shape, with a sparkly slightly mystical quality, her skin looks smooth and good, and the shape of her face is pleasing and oval. Her cheek bones are full and high.

I wish someone would do a full photoshop makeover on her with the above changes--- that would be neat to see.
