I plateaued for awhile and stopped seeing results after about 7 months and got frustrated. Then I just added weight. A lot of it will be "pump" in the beginning. Live for the pump though. Now I curl 95 pound chucks in each hand. I could sweep away a crowd of people if I had to. I won't go beyond that. I'm in it for the strength. But now tomget pumped I have to curl 110''. I lift for real strength. Take a good whey shake. Stay away from the barely legal shit. |

Not a novice and I take it somewhat seriously. It makes me feel good and its fun trying to beat your max and goals. I am 35 and 175 lbs. I lift heavy and eat lean and health and almost enough. Work sometimes get sin the way of food, but I try to make sure I get my calories in. At one point in time I was eating/drinking 5,000 calories a day and still have trouble gaining lean muscle mass. I even was taking ON Pro gainer protein which had 1,000 calories per scoop. That and creitine did help some, but not enough. I'm not trying to get too big, I prefer to be cut, but I do want to gain 10 more pounds. Please help. I even tried oral steriod pills for about 2 weeks and it hasn't helped much. Prefer not to go that rout but a doctor even told me a little would be helpful because of my age. Add more weight even if you can only do one rep. Forget shakes and crap. Eat grassfed beef Look into mk677 and lgd 4033 Eliminate all alcohol and get better sleep |

Ectomorph, endomorph or mesomorph. Only steroids can break you out from that. I'm an endomorph that has been lifting weights for 47 years and am at a maximum size. But I still am an endomorph without magazine quality large muscles. Lowering the body fat % makes what you have accentuated so you look killer. |
