Rapture is a Gravity Issue

When your gravity overlaps with the horizon of another gravity source you begin to be pulled from the earth. I subscribe to the line of thought that the bible is more of a historical book that pulls together stories from the past...the way back past.

The way-back past has more alien influence and contains more prophecy which really is just aliens using science to help us understand what is coming at us from a cosmetic perspective or forecast. Somewhere in our future there is likely a gravitational event that will cause people and objects to float (i.e. The Rapture).

I would suggest grabbing the nearest tree branch if you begin to get "raptured", or enjoy the view until you turn into a block of ice.
