The baddie-in-chief continues to order his cult minions to do "mischief" around me. The supt--the "cold breath" guy's partner was up in the unit above me. She (or someone in high heels)flushed the toilet (they use toilets and sanitary (toilet) lines to cause floods and leaks in my unit.

Question: Should I tell the owner upstairs?

Someone also ordered furniture to be sent to me and I am simply ignoring the whole thing because I know it's harassment.

They are really stirring the pot.
