I told the owner upstairs that I heard someone in his unit who flushed his toilet. He flushed his toilet just now to check for damage and nothing bad happened.

Only one laugh over an hour ago.

They come at me from every way they can.
They are now trying to cover up what they did.
They moved the washing machine away from the wall behind my stove, where it used to make my wall and stove vibrate.

This is where the supt took a hammer to the fire wall (my kitchen is on the other side of a utility room where he is allowed to keep a private washing machine that overflows and attracts sewer roaches to come out of a drain there).

They put one sewer roach outside my back door today.

I think that there is raw sewage in there from the drain.

My strength and determination or the lack of that has been the Achilles heel of my life, physically I feel fine except while doing relaxing for a long time every day I had a stress relief in my left side of my body and the next morning left wrist and fingers had considerable reduced mobility.
I have continued with my relaxing routines for three months after this and mobility is slowly coming back.

The lawsuit seems like the last resort (I tried to look online it seems impossible to find a solution in cases were landlord is at fault, we had a nasty guy he was sending everyone these type of threads, he was impossible to deal with, he died suddently )

This is a dumb question but still have you talked to them directly about the problems lately ?

I got a hang-up call on my c. phone; that's the warning the baddies give me that they are up to something.
