Of greater problem right now is the bldg supt and his manipulation of contractors. Hammering to harm my property. I went upstairs to see what was going on. He called the police on me. Everybody lied, but the hammering diminished.
He's in the elks club and they all cover for each other. These are the plumbers who helped pollute my drinking water.

You might be happier if you just move to where you are more welcomed?

I knocked on the door.
Someone kept hammering.
They didn't stop until the police came.
Then the hammering was not destructive to my property (parts of some structure were crumbing).

Do you think that I was wrong to insist that my property not be destroyed?

I cannot move.
The evil guy has a house down the shore.
The v.p. condo board member stays with his mother a lot of the time.
The supt and his partner have another address where she at least receives mail and they are the highly politically subsidized. They will be given housing.

I am the only one who really needs to live here.

I'm the person with the building problems:

All the bad guys have other "free" housing.
I think somehow they know that they will be exposed; they have "exits" should they need them.

They can leave. If they don't, it's because they have an additional "income stream" from theft of common fees and contractor kickbacks (the supt. breaks plumbing, etc.; his partner is the lookout).

I cannot afford to move.
They are the ones who don't leave me alone.
I am happy despite them because I don't harm people to live.

Please help me if you can.
Maybe they are the ones who need the "nudge" to leave so that honest people can repair the structure and finances.

The bad guy is in his 80s and intends to destroy as much as he can before he leaves this plane: "If he can't have her, nobody can."

Think of a mad dragon sitting atop a ruined castle that he has befouled.

They use conventional methods, like taking hammers to my walls and ceiling and fouling my water and calling the "authorities" on me and forcing me to get a lawyer.

I do however feel the anxiety.

The bad guy's ability in this arena (the astral) has enabled them to stay in power all this time.

Two "hang up" c. phone calls; these are sometimes "warnings," but also just to annoy.

On a mundane level, he gets groups to help him--he gets the young to think of themselves as pirates. I hear the music of Gilbert and Sullivan ("The Pirates of Penzance").
The building supt even named his dog "pirate."

The first(?)building on this site was a theater back in the days of live performances.
The oldest parts of it are probably on the ground floor, where I live.
Before I moved here I dreamt about a theater.

He's subdued, but still around, and his minions are flushing up a storm and putting sewer roaches around my entrance.
If possible,I think that it might help to "disable" the groups around him.
He uses our common fees to bribe them.

The bad guy and his much-younger wife are quite accomplished actors; what a team! like, um, rasputin and alexandra.
He also worked for a time as a film editor, and, like his aristo. russian relations, has a fascination with cameras.

"Gas lighting" is also one of the bad guy's tactics.
"You never saw that we removed the building's main plumbing vent." Now stuccoed over. "It was never there."

He is allowing the building supt. and contractors to destroy the original materials of this historic, beautiful 1930s building. (All the while donating part of his "skim" from the common fees to the local historical museum. We owners should all get free passes, since we "gave" at home.) "Quality of life" begins and ends in his condo.

That's why I wonder if he isn't already beginning to plot his exit.

He and wifey also donate to such causes as the civil liberties defense fund and got an honest public defender in their dishonest coalition. Such a civic-minded guy, a regular modern-day robin hood, stealing from the working stiff owners to give to the local low-show, no-show grifters and professional poor and high-minded 501cs that are/may be of benefit to himself, and himself, of course.


I continue to monitor.

Some muffled laughter whenever I feel anxiety over how I was set up.

The bad guy (he/it)sets up situations in which he/it can feed off of lower chakra energy. Fear, sex, etc.

It just occurred to me that somehow I was brought into this situation to balance it. I had cleaned up my life considerably at that point.

But I have been under attack almost constantly since 2008, and, while helpers have appeared, mostly alone.
It worsened in 2014. I'm not sure why.
This is the year the baddies hope will be their crescendo.

This is why I so appreciate what you and D&D have done for me.

The building supt's partner's nephew is now sort of standing in for them.

He called the police on me years ago for nothing and yelled at me that he is studying criminal justice (I'm sure that he is the despair of his professors)and is going to become a police officer (got help the citizens).

The bad guy may be trying to recruit yet another generation of that family to carry out his commands.

Not much laughter, not very strong.
Only one toilet flush, earlier this evening.
One "warning" hang-up c. phone call.

Something is making the bad guy feel stronger.

The condo association's insurance estimator and my lawyer are coming over tomorrow.
From my spouse's email, it sounds like there are plans in the works to get me off premises for whatever work is necessary, which is not true.
