1. This will make insurance cheaper for the Business.
2. You can weed out employees who are at risk for having a lot of sick days based on a gentic condition.
3. Sometimes employees like about their health upon being hired and really cannot safely lift 25 plus pounds.
4. This will ensure your staff is "culturally diverse"
