Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72916625 Breakfast items are usually okay Burger without bun or fajitas without rice beans is fine. Hell I go to cicis pizza and scrape off all the cheese and meat, just eat that. Keep snacks in your car like nuts or something. Jeez man. Thats a travesty. Would hate to see someone doing that. People who are so afraid of carbs shouldnt be eating at CiCis lmao. And treat yourself to some carbs every now and then. It should motivate you to do some extra cardio! Which is obviously what many are lacking. |

I firmly believe in a lower carb diet regime but do it smartly. For eating out, always look for baked fish first, then chicken with some light veggies or salad, healthy fats/oils or mayo, or steak/ground beef as last option. With this menu you can usually eat anywhere. Just make certain the proteins are not 'sauced' with anything you don't know what it is because most likely it will contain sugar/carbs, and salad must be pretty basic. Good luck! |

If I order fast food I'll just get a burger and no fries or drink. There's still some carbs from the bun, but it's not that bad if I eat it occasionally. I find I can eat carbs 1-2 meals a week and still lose around 7-8lbs a month with no exercise. It's not as fast as some hardcore diets, but it's easier to manage. I often go to the grocery store and make a salad and then pick up the McDonalds for the others. You can have a salad with grilled chicken, though. Some of the fast food places have soups, too. You are better off going to someplace inexpensive and sit-down and have a real meal with steamed veggies and lean meat. |

Dessert I usually just have fruit. I cut weight twice a year with a similar diet and it really keeps me looking/feeling great. Quoting: Fap Ranch!? Try olive oil with red wine vinegar or lemon juice. Sounds boring but if seasoned correctly with salt and pepper, you won't miss the creamy, high fructose corn syrup, processed dressing and you'll feel much better. |

How about be more supportive of your wife and stop bitching to strangers about her and the kids? I wonder if that attitude could have anything to do with her current low self esteem??? No wife is motivated by a husband acting like a superior know it all who brags about his body fat%. Just sayin... If all else fails have a big fat piece of cake, I think you're hangry. |
