Not necessarily. Proof would have to be located that 0bama was born elsewhere, did not attend Columbia, isn't who he says he is, etc. The problem is there are no laws requiring a candidate to prove those things. Then there's the additional problem of "natural born", because that was not clarified and was further muddied by Ted Cruz's claim of being "natural born" because his mother (like 0bama's) was an American. I certainly don't see Cruz as natural born and am of the opinion it means both parents but it would have to go the SCOTUS, unfortunately.

I'm sure the people responsible for creating 0bama and his ficticous history were very through in removing evidence of who he really is. Unearthing the truth would be a major undertaking but, perhaps, possible.

When it is finally legally recognized that Obama was never eligible, you will cheer for a moment, but then regret the victory. To annul 8 years of illegitimately signed laws and illegitimate judicial appointments will send our laws, economy and society into a chaotic tailspin. Congress, the Supreme Court, intelligence agencies and the media will be exposed as complicit in the conspiracy and will no longer have support from the people. This will likely result in governance by force. The chaos on the streets and rejection of so-called law by the citizenry will likely result in martial law and maybe even civil war. Our currency will be devalued due to the strife at home and threats from abroad. With the hatred amongst divisions politically, racially, religiously, etc, having grown due to being stoked incessantly by politicians and the media for over a decade, plus the desperation from chaos and a devastated economy, many people will fight and many will die.

This devastation is what has been planned all along. Why else would they invest so much time, money and effort stacking the deck with illegitimate candidates, if not to exploit the illegitimacy at a later date? Just look at all the ineligibles: McCain, Obama, Romney, Cruz, Rubio, Jindal, Hillary (and possibly Sanders and Palin).
