We used to play a game in the backyard called 'smear the queer'. You would throw a ball up in the air and whoever caught the ball would run around until he got tackled. And repeat.
 Quoting: Doc Anal 74546498

We played that, the funniest thing to me was living with my dad in Seattle it was called "Smear the Queer", the same exact game in Texas when I lived at my moms was called, "Kill the Niqqer with the Ball", most of my friends there were black and they were the ones, as far as I know, called it that.

riding my motorcycle alongside my friend on horse back to the store, leave the bike running, spend 20 minutes in the store...

...come back to the bike and horse tied up to the front pole at the entrance

No one touched it there was never any concern that they would?? and leave without a care with a 12 pack we were just teenagers then.

So unsupervised property, accessible, sell alcohol to a minor, driving without a license on a public highway etc.

I also recall bringing a shotgun with me to school to go crow hunting once in awhile as soon as the bell sounded just to save time. No one gave it any concern and it stayed with me at the desk barrel up while listening to the teacher give out assignments.

a gun in a school setting, a minor with a weapon in a school setting, domestic terrorist obviously, possible hostage crisis right??

Not one of these things mattered to most people... not one

today you'd be most likely dead or victimized for taking these liberties...

thank you for sharing...

Mooning people on the freeway while on class trips. All the bus windows would be full of ass cheeks chuckle

About 8-9 years ago I had a helicopter circling around my house, he was out over the lake and would not go away, so I mooned him......

Although, my uncle was wealthy at the time. When my cousin and I were 16, we took my one of my uncles credit cards and flew 1st class to Maui. We spent nearly $4,000. in less than three days in 1986 and not a single person questioned us. We had made friends with people on the flight there and had jobs set up before we even landed. Of.course we got our asses handed to us when we came back home. BTW...I believe I am going to write a book about my adventures, this thread opened up a ton of memories that kick ass!

I lived in a one-cop town, and we broke into an abandoned funeral home. We were just exploring. There was a group of us, and the cop showed up as one of my friends was being hoisted into the window.

We were scolded, but that was it.

My buddy had "dickhead drunk all the time" neighbors across the street

No caller ID

We would call every pizza place and order pizza to their house..

Out of 10 places we called , 5-6 pizza guys who did not check up would be delivering the pizza

Also we had 4 cab companies locally and they ALL showed up..

It was funny as fuck seeing that drunk retard fight with the pizza and cab guys saying he didn't call them

lmao
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74438553

that aint even human thats disgusting no father in your house growing up i see
 Quoting: Beer00

My parent have been married 61 years retard and still alive

The best part is one of us would go check out the commotion and sympathize with the pizza guys , they would sell us a pizza for $2-$3

My first two real jobs were at Shakey`s Pizza and Godfather`s Pizza, we used to pray for jerks to do that, we got free dinner and that was before Pizza joints and steak sauce became taboo!

Elevator races

Now they consider it hijacking and you'll have Homeland Security on your ass

huffy
 Quoting: Rev Woo-Woo

Back in the early 80`s Waylon Jennings & Willie Nelson co—owned a Holiday Inn near my house, I was a huge Waylon fan and was determined to meet him. So, when they came to Dallas for a show, I got a group of friends together and late at night after I thought they would be at the motel, we got on an elevator took it to the top and I hit the red emergency button, alarms went off like crazy and when it went back down to ground floor, security, the manager, Waylon and Willie.were there when the door opened. They were stoned out of their mindz just as we were and Waylon and Willie couldn`t stop laughing and Waylon said, "Boys will be boys" and hugged me. I was a 14 year old boy and got a hug from my hero.
 Quoting: 8 Fingers of Doom

:purplecock:

We used to go to the high rises in downtown San Diego - hold the doors so they are closed enough to move but not all the way - stop the elevator between floors - open inner doors and then the outer ones - climb out and then hop on top - there are override and speed controls on top - then we'd hop across and each grab our own elevator and have races.
 Quoting: Rev Woo-Woo

We got em stuck between floors like that, but were scared to climb out for fear of it starting to move while climbing out.

Then I'd go into the bank and use the complimentary shoe polisher on my dirty tennis shoes. lol

You know, I'm starting to see where Generation Snowflake comes from. They were shielded from all danger.
I'm not being funny. In Siberia, they used to leave newborn babies outside in the snow for a while; any infant unable to survive, wouldn't be able to thrive in the climate there.
I'm not advocating that we throw 3 year olds into bear pits; but on reflection, dicing with death makes you stronger, and never having experienced hunger, cold, pain, or even a spanking, weakens you.
Just my thoughts ...

I think you might appreciate this thread.

Thread: Kids Gone Wild: Denmark's Forest Kindergartens - Liberals would die if they saw it.
 Quoting: Rev Woo-Woo

Thank you! Yes, there's a forest school near where I live (England), and a Rudolf Steiner school where the little ones - 3 and up - play outside daily for hours all year round, in a large field. I've supervised them (I sent my daughter to a Steiner school), and it can be hair-raising sometimes, watching 3 and 4 year olds teeter along tree branches etc. But they don't have accidents! It's fascinating, children instinctively sense what they can and can't do.
