The video I saw of it panned down to show the baby in a babybuggy, and Anna Nicole was trying to clown around for the baby. And that was Howard teasing her and saying 'Are you on a mushroom trip?' not a big deal.

the BIG deal is that in the clown video, ANS is supposedly 8 months pregnant, stoned, and it is a baby doll in the stroller.

You know why I say "supposedly" pregnant? when she is bending over the stroller...she does not have the belly of any 8 month-er I have ever seen. I just don't see her belly there.

It is a big deal when the mother of a newborn is stoned out of her mind. How do you protect a child when you are "out of it"?

Even if murder cannot be proven, whoever gave those drugs to young Daniel and his mother, imo, is guilty of at least criminally negligent homicide.

You bring up a good point. On previous threads, people wondered how ANS could have jumped into the ocean with Howard for their "commitment ceremony" just 3 weeks after having a caesarean operation. I saw the tape of this with her laughing as she and Howard jumped. All this while son Daniel was still waiting to be buried...

Then, there is ANS going to Florida a couple of times, leaving her newborn baby behind in the Bahamas. The last time she went to Florida with Howard, where she died, was to presumably buy a boat. She needed to leave the baby for that? She didn't seem to be that attached to the new baby, unless it was for photo ops.

Why didnt he walk out .. is the question i ask .. if he knew shes taking drugs and all that ....and hes married to her or living with her hes a lawyer and that would mean he also is breaking the law .. thus the video and him asking Anna N if shes on drugs whereby he caan feign ignorance is my guess .. but he guessed pretty much on the nail... !

I think it may become quite a messy case ... !

I won't be surprised when she re-checks out of rehab and ODs on prescribed antipsychotic meds.

Back to ANS... if Stern was her 'protector' as he claims, and had his nose in every aspect of her business, he certainly could have taken steps to keep her drug use under control... IF her well-being was his concern.

Instead, he enabled her, filmed her and (according to her mother or sister) kept her isolated from friends and family.

Most of us know what that means.

annas evil mother has wayyyyyyyyyyy more to gain from the death....


howard may have controlled her and used her as a cash cow and doped her up and whatever but it doesnt make sense for him to have killed her.
