I think it comes down to a few things. A lot of the things Trump is doing, and people he has surrounded himself with, makes him look like he is just more of the same globalists bs.

The difference is though that a lot of diehard Trump supporters are pissed off and feel betrayed by him, while others are saying that they trust that this is just Trump playing chess behind the scenes and that he would never betray us; that we have to trust him.

I would probably guess that most of them that are still willing to follow Trump are the younger supporters, while those who are pissed and feel betrayed are the older voters, who have been betrayed time and time again.

We're stuck with him now for the next 4 years, so hopefully the younger voters will end up being right. I mean, maybe this was the only way Trump could find to drain the swamp, was by letting them hang themselves. We see that the normal branches of justice and investigating sure don't work anymore, so maybe.

Trump looks horrible though so far. Hopefully he is working it from behind the scenes. As an older voter, I find that more unbelievable than believable. I hope that is the case though. Time will tell.
