In Texas a few years back a guy shot two would-be thieves after they were well out the door. In fact, he was on the phone with the police to tell them about the two guys outside saying he had to shoot them or something like that. Then AFTER he said that, he shot them dead! He got tried. A Texas jury nullified the case. LOL

Oklahoma might do the same. They wouldn't lock up a teenager scared out of his mind for his life. The jury would likely give him plenty of leeway instead.

Turns out the fugly bitch that got arrest knew the homeowners son and planned the whole thing.

Court documents indicate the homeowner who fired the shots is Zachary Peters, 23, and that Rodriguez knew him by name. The documents note Rodriguez planned the burglary, took the three boys to the house, and was waiting in the driveway until she heard shots and left.
