breaking news: trump regime ready to put boots on the ground to support Saudi Arabia in yemem | |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 73064987 United States 03/28/2017 04:48 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I'm not familiar with vox but the USA is eventually going to be forced to roll in there. The Houthis are more than Saudi Arabia can handle and Saudi Arabia is the US empire's petrodollar lynchpin, so it will eventually have to happen. I am surprised the USA has let this go on this long, they may be making Saudi Arabia sweat to teach them a lesson for being disobedient. Of course if the USA was a decent industrious country that didn't rely on holding a gun to everybody's head to borrow money this would not be necessary. |

Then we would be like every other country that is not the most powerful nor able to exert it's will on countries. You don't get to be badass....without being a badass. If you want to live a pacifist life go move to Australia. Whom the Chinese are slowing buying. The only way to be the most powerful country is to take that position....you will never be given it. JewBear47 User ID: 73276572 United States 03/28/2017 05:29 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | [link to www.vox.com] Quoting: Anonymous Coward 58112113 The Pentagon is reportedly considering ramping up US support for Saudi Arabia’s bloody war in Yemen, which has already killed at least 10,000, displaced 3 million, and left millions more at risk of famine since it began in March 2015. That would be a major shift from the current US mission there, which has largely focused on using drones and special operations forces to batter al-Qaeda’s affiliate in Yemen. (US Navy SEAL William “Ryan” Owens was killed during one such raid in January.) Under the potential new plan, the US would be intervening much more heavily in a bloody and so far intractable civil war — potentially leaving Washington ensnared there for years to come. ok why is vox allowed but a host of hundereds of other sources gets an auto bannin I am not Canadian. curry nosher User ID: 74570022 Nepal 03/28/2017 07:16 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Trump's doing more to harm Assad and assist ISIS than even Obama was capable of. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74563182 [link to www.independent.co.uk] Civilian deaths from US-led airstrikes hit record high under Donald Trump "Almost 1,000 civilian non-combatant deaths have already been alleged from coalition actions across Iraq and Syria in March - a record claim," the statement said. "These reported casualty levels are comparable with some of the worst periods of Russian activity in Syria." Yeah they seem to have avoided flak on the last one in mosul where 200 civvies died by saying they accidently hit an isis truck bomb which was hidden in the streets - total bs but the msm love it as they can still say russia is bad etc. Last Edited by curry nosher on 03/28/2017 07:16 PM |
