I'm praying for you man. I've always been worried about having a heart attack because of my family history, you should read about Linus Pauling and the Pauling Protocol. High daily doses of pure crystalline vitamin c can bring the inflammation of your arteries down and reverse plaque build up. Make sure its crystalline though, the binders in the other forms can hurt you in the dosages (6-10 grams/day) required. At the age of 32, a member of my family was having certain symptoms. I said it was a gall bladder problem, but his doctor said it was anxiety because of his upcoming wedding, which was 8 months away. His doctor gave him prescriptions for anxiety and sent him to a psychologist.

Over the months, he was getting worse, and I was concerned that his wedding day, now 2-3 weeks away, would be a disaster for him. I just quit smoking after 15 years, and many failed attempts. Got a nice little vape tank and mod, vaping at 12mg nicotine right now. Been 2 weeks since a cig.

Yea I still crave them, but the vape helps me beat it.

Just before I quit and got this vape, I had 3 episodes where My arms went completely numb, I was in a cold sweat, Was hard to get in a breath, felt it all in my chest too. I had been waking up with bad chest pains as well. Not sure what is wrong, but I'm convinced it's related to smoking.

I haven't smoked in 2 weeks and been vaping, I can feel my lung capacity increasing already and I haven't had an episode like the one I described. Also my chest pains have been fading away.
