If they do make use of a pig product or ingest it unknowingly or unwillingly, they are not held accountable according to their book.

It is only when they do it in defiance of what they are ordered by their book to do, that they are in violation and subject to punishment.

Well, there is how we can at least curtail the muzz influx. Before being allowed into the country, EVERYONE coming in will need to have some sort of vaccination against some disease or another. Before receiving the vaccination, they are given a paper to sign, they are allowed to read it, and it will be read TO them, stating that they understand that the upcoming injection will be made from porcine products. By signing the agreement they are saying that they still are giving their permission, even though it may be against their religious beliefs. So, how many will take the vaccination KNOWING that they are DELIBERATELY disobeying their leader's commands? If that vaccination is the only way that they are going to get into the Country?
