I believe Sandy Hook happened. I think the cloudy story and mismanagement was the result of 20 kids randomly killed by some crazy asshole and a local authority trying to deal. The guy arrested in Camo outside is sketchy as hell, and i dont have a good explanation, but that doen not mean it's a hoax.

That Gene Rosen guy is creepy, and suspicious, but his changing story and demeaner could easily be the result of a huge tragedy next door and the shock of having to deal with it. Not to mention the sudden arrival of traumatized children.
