Interesting also I had no idea what the group was even though i had enjoyed the song many times over many years on.

I think nearly everyone has experienced the words to this tune at least once in their lives (in this modern, post-sexual revolution era).. The weird thing though, is that it is perhaps MORE relevant today than when it was written/released, which was 1981, I believe. 18 to 36 year olds today almost don't date anymore, it is all "HOOK UPS", which translates to sex encounters. I have 5 nieces and nephews, one is forever single, 3 are 'seeing someone' (hooking up, in other words, it is always a different 'someone') and one, shockingly (the eldest) is MARRIED!
