The monster under the bed manifests as the fear of the unknown. It is the stopper of living fluidly within environment. It is a controlling mechanism, living within known patterns so that one can live within their comfort zones with increased frequency.

It is the adversary of change. It is the denier of higher states of mondo, and when one actually does breech the denier, it rehearses mondo's echoes, thus becoming the unknown pretender.
