Sorry to hear that, Brief. Cats are special creatures.

Maybe this will make you smile:

Re: Once again, I lost a "pet"
Ok, it's my turn to post a dead pet thread. Although it wasn't my cat, it was the housekeeper's daughter's cat named Deago, AKA Shitty Cat, AKA Stupid, AKA Harry (hairy).

We came home from a bowling tournament yesterday and there he was behind the house in the park, squished. He didn't make it more than a few feet with blood coming from his mouth...

Deiago was a good neighborhood mouser...he would come and go as he pleased, even if it meant waking me up at 5:00 AM to be let outside as he would never make a mess in the house.

Goodbye Harry

Of course, it's only a matter if time for us all...

His mouth was open, I think maybe he was calling for help, but we weren't home.
 Quoting: BRIEF

Well, I don't know how you did this Brief....but you got me to cry, and then laugh...all in one *Brief* (bad...I know lol) thread!

I'm very sorry about Deago's death though. :(

My son competed in this one, we won't know for a few weeks as it runs until the end of the month. Any money he wins goes into a "smart account" for college...he and I do father and son leagues too...

I use to have a midget cat (she was about 2/3 size of a normal cat even when full grown). I used to call her BummerCat.
