Not every event is a FALSE FLAG

I agree that false flag events are real and have occurred throughout history. But can we stop using the term FALSE LAG for every international incident that occurs? Now Russia is out there saying that the chem attack in Syria was a "false flag", and that another "false flag" is being setup to occur. I guess if the Russians are the perpetrators of this incident, than yes, it would be a FALSE FLAG. But fathead Jones is so deep in conspiracy theories false flag operations, I wonder if he thinks his broadcasts are staged at this point.
