Just watched the documentary on Netflix called Be Here Now, about Andy Whitfield, the star of Spartacus Blood and Sand, who died at age 39 from lymphoma. Dude had 11 rounds of chemo and radiation. It was so sad to see him just waste away.

Cancer fucking sucks, but it's big business, so I guess it will remain.

My aunt recently died of breast cancer and had no conventional medical treatment.

I knew one person in college that died of an undiagnosed brain tumor... other than that you're right on...

My sister died from cancer and didn't do the chmeo, went for faith/herbal type healing. It didn't work.

I watched my mother die from lung cancer. The horror haunts me every day. I see images of her in her final stages every time I shut my eyes. The chemo they gave her did nothing.

I would also say that the reason for that is because most people find out they have cancer before they die from it. And probably upwards of 95% of people get traditional treatment options. So the chances of finding someone who dies from cancer with no treatments is rare just for that fact.

I know a person who died recently of cancer and didn't go through treatment. Sort of suicidal. Cancer does kill, with or without treatment.

I've seen people dying from cancer. untreated. Horrible.

I've had one relative die of cancer with zero chemo.
I've had several get chemo and all die within a year.

Common denominator is that NONE of them did any sort of nutrition/food improvements. Just kept eating canned soup and Big Macs and then Boost drinks until the end.

Oncology saves lives - Dr's and treatment combined. Is every doctor perfect or treatment right? No. Is treatment a walk in the park? Of course not. Is untreated cancer that either?

Believe me, it isn't. It is a slow, utterly debilitating and painful death. I almost died twice from the same cancer the star of Spartacus had and was saved to live a long life. That was in the 80s when drugs were much less refined and targeted.

I still have effects from that treatment today, but I live a great life and have an amazing family.

OP, spend a year in a cancer ward with four-to-15 year olds who have brain cancer or bone cancer or pancreatic cancer then talk.

Cancer kills, period. And yes, go ahead and post the cases in the news that are a 'miracle' of someone who was cured eating only cabbage soup with cayenne pepper and maple syrup in it, and I can post ten thousand other stories of people who tried similar holistic bullshit and died...of cancer.

My chemo ( platinum salts ) gave me guitar superpowers. Come home from a infusion, all jacked up on roids and metal salts and rip it up all night long. ( can sleep anyway since your drinking so many fluids to flush that crap out of you that a bathroom break every 30 minutes is the norm )

So for me, chemo was easy. Now the radiation, that shit is a killer, and it's the gift that keeps giving. Radiation is why the 5 year survival rate for my stage 4 is only 10%.

Focus on returning the body to an alkaline base, removing free radicals and avoiding all forms of sugar (suppresses your immune system) would be an amazing start.

I agree, chemo kills. I believe it only shows positive results when the cancer is caught early and the chemo can be administered directly to that area, and only that area and not system wide.

I have. A family member in the 80s tried acupuncture and massive vitamin C doses.. Didn't work. As bad as chemo is, at least you've got a shot. I've got another family member now fighting with chemo..he should have been dead 18 months ago but it's actually working.

Both my grandmothers died from cancer.

Neither had chemo treatment.

My aunt also died without treatment as she searched the internet for alternative cures.

Not saying I recommend chemo though.
