Wrong, the bunker buster type bombs with delayed fusing are designed for penetrating a certain thickness of concrete, they are not very good at penetrating many meters of the granite type natural material that make up most mountains.

That is what the Thermobaric Fuel-Air Explosives like the "MOAB" are good for, it's their massive overpressure wave that does the killing inside tunnels, it does not need to penetrate anything.

As stated by Globalsecurity.org:

I so agree with your last 2 paragraphs- but we must keep them OUT of our nations. That is what is destroying us, not what they do in their own nations- to each other. They have been warring with each other since recorded history. We also should not deal with them in any way monetarily. They will then just be riding camels and warring with each other and worrying about food. All this bomb stuff is not needed, nor are US "boots on the ground".
