I spend all my time alone except when i do stuff with my kids. Last year i met a woman at my sons school and became very close friends with her. We would speak for hours a day on the telephone and cover everything under the sun. We would go out and have fun on some weekends, break up some hours of boredom by going to the pub and having a laugh etc we got so close even ended up sleeping with her once. However she was more depressed than me and we kept cutting each other off for months at a time. In the end i got tired of it and annexed her from my life but she came back and the same cycle repeated itself. I haven't spoken to her for 2 months now, last i heard she told me she was on the verge of a breakdown and she wanted to give her kids to social services and kill herself. With that it just felt good to have a friend. Some companionship. I have been alone for years and have no friends to pick up the phone and call and chat too and stuff and even though this woman found me attractive she did not push for a relationship or make any demands of me. She was happy with the arrangement we had. Even before i met that friend though i had days and days where i didn't even want to get out of bed and constantly felt low and sucked of enthusiasm. I literally can't think of anything specific that is making me feel depressed and sucked of enthusiasm to do anything at all. Anything natural to take? I have tried magnesium, zinc, vitamin d, pink himalayan salt... Get yourself off your mind. We all know who has inserted herself into your DNA and sapping your hidden strength. Yours is not unique. Time to man up and move on up the mountain or continue to crawl on the ground with the gal. I would offer more but it's time for me to go the the gym myself and make the bar spark if you know what I mean. |
