I see a correlation between the DDOS attacks here and the attacks I come under. They happen around the same time. I got the v2k or whatever it is last night. Could read his mind. But I could sense pure evil coming from him.

The CIA is so compartmentalized that you could have 100 people on here in the CIA and other clandestine groups and they would not know the others were in the same organization.

Exactly..... also a lot of the pet programs that give it a bad rep are the pet project of one or a few politicians.
